My specialty is creating sauces and salsas. One of my secrets is to use a classic technique of toasting and grinding spices just like my grandmother taught me to do in the mortar and pestle. Another reason why our sauce is so special is because we use only the best ingredients to acquire the most distinct flavor. I love teaching the sauce making process, but it is very labor intensive and time consuming. This is why we bottle our sauces in small batches for everyone to enjoy.
